• SMS opt-in: phone number and SMS consent status when you explicitly tick the SMS opt-in checkbox on our forms.

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule strategy calls, send proposals, and deliver services if you become a client.
• To send transactional messages (appointment confirmations, billing, work-order updates).
• To send marketing emails and SMS — only if you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. SMS opt-in & messaging policy

When you provide your phone number and tick the SMS opt-in checkbox on any LaFontaine Partners form, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from us at the phone number provided. Messages include marketing/promotional content, appointment reminders, and follow-ups related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies (typically 1-4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Reply HELP for help. SMS consent is never a condition of purchase or use of any LaFontaine Partners service.

SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use GoHighLevel as our SMS delivery platform.

5. Who we share data with

We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate our business, including:

• GoHighLevel — CRM, email, SMS, automation, booking calendar.
• Calendly — strategy-call scheduling (if used).
• Google — Google Analytics 4 (anonymized analytics), Google Search Console.
• Microsoft — Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymized session recordings).
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

6. Cookies
