Section 2
Where customers opt in to receive SMS
Customers and prospects opt in to receive SMS messages from LaFontaine Partners exclusively through web forms on our website. There are no purchased lists, no third-party data brokers, and no opt-ins collected outside the documented flows below.
Section 3
Opt-in form — exactly as it appears to customers
This is the exact form a prospect sees when submitting an inquiry on our contact page. The SMS opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent for SMS is collected separately and only when the checkbox is explicitly ticked.
Section 4
Exact consent language (verbatim)
Consent disclosure shown on form
By checking this box and providing my phone number, I agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from LaFontaine Partners at the phone number provided, including marketing messages, appointment reminders, and follow-ups related to my inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies (typically 1-4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The SMS opt-in checkbox is:
- ✓ Unchecked by default
- ✓ Optional — not required to submit the form or to do business with LaFontaine Partners
- ✓ Separate from the form's submission button (must be ticked explicitly)
- ✓ Clearly labeled with sender identity (LaFontaine Partners), message types, frequency, cost disclosure, HELP/STOP, and links to Privacy Policy + Terms of Service
