Where customers opt in to receive SMS

Customers and prospects opt in to receive SMS messages from LaFontaine Partners exclusively through web forms on our website. There are no purchased lists, no third-party data brokers, and no opt-ins collected outside the documented flows below.

  • Primary opt-in: Contact form at https://lafontainepartners.com/contact.html (English)
  • Spanish opt-in: Contact form at https://lafontainepartners.com/es/contacto.html (Spanish)
  • Exit-intent capture: Optional email-only sign-up popup site-wide (no SMS opt-in collected at this stage)
  • Direct conversation: Prospects who explicitly request SMS follow-up during a booked strategy call (consent captured verbally on a recorded call, then logged in the CRM)
Section 3

Opt-in form — exactly as it appears to customers

This is the exact form a prospect sees when submitting an inquiry on our contact page. The SMS opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent for SMS is collected separately and only when the checkbox is explicitly ticked.
